HOW TO MAKE COLD BREW?

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of coffee beans.
  • Purified or bottled water.
  • One cold brew set.
  • One bamboo spatula.
  • Digital or analog scale

Preparation:

  • Measure 2 liters of water.
  • Place the glass bowl of the Cold Brew machine in the bottom cavity.
  • Grind 450 g of coffee. It should be finely ground coffee, just like in an aeropress.
  • Add the coffee into the middle chamber and shake. Place the plastic filter on top.
  • Fill the top glass reservoir with cold water and optional ice.
  • Open the valve of the carefully placed water reservoir and adjust the flow rate to an average of 5-6 drops per minute.
  • Wait for 10-12 hours without touching the device.
  • When the water flow is complete, remove the coffee from the lower reservoir and serve with ice.
