1. Products ordered from our site are prepared and shipped after payment by credit card or bank transfer (including coffees). Orders whose payment is not approved will not be shipped.

2. If the products you ordered from our site are not in stock, you will be informed via e-mail or phone. Our company reserves the right to extend shipping times and cancel orders due to out-of-stock products.

3. Our company cannot be held responsible for typing and programming errors that may occur in product and price information.

4. The number and details of your order will be sent to you via an automatically generated e-mail.

 

Delivery

1. The products you choose will be delivered by our contracted cargo companies.

2. To ensure that the products you have purchased reach you in a healthy manner, you must ensure that you have entered your contact and delivery information correctly under your membership profile. Our company cannot be held responsible for orders that do not reach you due to incorrectly entered information.

3. The customer is obliged to open and check the cargo package in front of the delivering authority during delivery. After the product is received, it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. It should be noted that the customer is responsible for any damage, breakage, etc. that may occur after the cargo authority has fulfilled its duty.

4. An invoice and waybill are sent with each order. When you receive it, you should check it and report any deficiencies to us.
