Each product you purchase is under the warranty of its manufacturer.
You can return the product you purchased in the condition you received it, within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening/damaging/spoiling its packaging or using the product. Please return the product with its invoice and a letter containing your order number.
For non-food products, if any damage, breakage, tearing, destruction, use, etc. are detected in its packaging, and if the product is not returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and its price will not be refunded. The shipping cost of returned non-food products belongs to the customer.
Please open and inspect packages you believe to be damaged during shipment in front of the authorized company representative (Cargo company) when you receive them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have a report drawn up by the cargo company. Please note that by accepting the product, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to them and, if applicable, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
In case the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches Us.
If any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected in the non-food product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted and its price will not be refunded.
In cases where the product is returned under the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Wire transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days, and Credit Card refunds within 3 business days. If your bank does not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears for your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you transferred money to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card by your bank as a positive balance every month.
