1. Products sold can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are not damaged, unused, and their reusability is not affected. Food products have special conditions and must be returned before they spoil.

2. The packaging and accessories of the products to be returned must be complete.

3. Before making a return, our company must be contacted and an agreement reached regarding the reasons for the return.

4. Refunds resulting from a return will be processed within a maximum of 1 month for credit card payments, depending on bank procedures, and within a maximum of 4 weeks for bank transfer payments.
